Development workshops

The development consists of carefully selected workshops and interactive sessions. The programmes are based on our good practice and are complemented by the specific needs of our clients and the results of individual diagnostics.

In the 6th century BC a Chinese philosopher, Lao-Tzu, noted that “a leader is best when people barely know he exists, when his work is done, his aim fulfilled, they will say: we did it ourselves. Then people will say to themselves: we did it ourselves". In our leadership development program, we answer the following questions: Who is a leader and what are the qualities of a leader that his people follow?

Up to 80% of people in organizations are directly led by first-line managers. When promoted to this role, they rarely receive support and therefore fail. These failures can be the reason for the fluctuation of talent from the company. That is why we often start our leadership development programs here, focusing on first-line managers. Our goal is to increase the commitment of all employees and to boost  corporate culture. The development of first-line managers is a tool that will provide us with the biggest change in the shortest time.

We can implement leadership development programs for all components of management. The program begins with the implementation of Management Development Centers. Thanks to them, we define the developmental needs of all participants, provide them with individual feedback, and monitor their progress during the program. Subsequent development consists of carefully selected workshops and interactive meetings. Examples of topics covered include: managerial role, negotiation and feedback, growth mindset, perseverance and stress, and working with change. The program ends with a joint off-site which includes a firewalk ritual at the end of the program. This represents a transition into a new managerial era. 

Our lecturers are organisational psychologists that emphasize the importance self-experience and self-knowledge. During the academy, participants will be given specific tools to guide their subordinates that they can immediately use in practice. We prepare a tailor-made leadership development program for all clients to respond to their specific needs.
