BIO

Consultant, coach, and the director of JuiceUP. Psychology graduate from the Palacký University in Olomouc. He is a certified ICF coach and lectures externally at the Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (FAMU) and at the Prague College of Psychosocial Studies. He has worked as the lead psychologist in the Czech Law Enforcement and as the HR director in a company with hundreds of employees. 

He devotes his leisure time to sports, traveling and relaxes at best with a backpack on his back on a several-day-long trekking tour.

BIO

Consultant, coach and process management specialist. In JuiceUP, he focuses on the design and implementation of strategic change projects, including revising organizational structures, changes in company culture and direction. The functioning and optimalization of complex systems fascinate him. He loves implementing the methodology of design thinking and customer journey mapping into his proposed solutions. He consulted with ČEPS, Česká spořitelna, LEGO, Pilsner Urquell and Škoda Auto.

BIO

Consultant, coach, and lecturer of development programmes of JuiceUP. In his work, Petr likes to use his knowledge from the fields of psychology and coaching, and to apply it in his workshops. He focuses on topics such as engagement, change management and internal communication. As the director of development projects, he worked for companies such as NESTLÉ, Heimstaden or VERTI.

He is the passionate guitarist in the Escualo Quintet (www.escualokvintet.cz). Self-education and the acquisition of new information from various scientific disciplines are as important as oxygen for him.

Martin takes care of sales. His job is to connect JuiceUP with new clients and to stay in touch with existing ones. A native Moravian, Martin often travels around the entire country. To his merit, JuiceUp gained numerous clients, such as Zora Nestlé chocolaterie in Olomouc, Heimstaden, Transportation Services Ostrava, NICKNACK, and Zbrojovka Brno football club. If you are interested in working with us, do not hesitate to contact Martin, he will be happy to come and see you. He is also a certified firewalking instructor. 

He is an active triathlete and traveller. He loves gastronomy and time spent in the company of his family and friends.

After completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) she returned to Prague and started working as a Research Assistant at the Department of Psychology at the Charles University. A year later, she completed her Master’s Degree in Organisational and Social Psychology, again at the LSE. She is mostly interested in the topics of identity,  and strategy. 

Míša is now a Consultant and you can meet her mainly on Workplace Strategy projects. 

In her free time, Míša enjoys learning languages – now she is dedicated to studying Mandarin. She loves to travel, especially in Asia and South America, making her childhood dream come true.

Psychologist and consultant with psychotherapeutic training. In her work she uses not only psychological knowledge, but also the experience she has gained during many internships in different areas of work with people. At JuiceUP, she is involved in the implementation of development projects and at the same time she ensures a pleasant working environment and smooth running of the office. 

She loves spending her free time with her family over a good meal. She is a keen cook and an outdoor lover. She especially loves the Jizera Mountains.

The tallest member of our team, a storyteller of client stories through videos or photos and an occasional lecturer. Zbaňek takes care of the creative side of our company. Although he has a degree in economics, he prefers to let his creative energy flow in his career path. Clients such as Česká spořitelna, Nestlé, Mondeléz, Heimstaden and Philip Morris have already recognised his creative and unique touch. He plays basketball, enjoys cooking and admires the AZ kvíz. He is a proud father and a happy husband.

Bio

An active organizer, body and soul, she is a graduated teacher who has found her love in psychology and personal development. She graduated from Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem with a bachelor's degree in pedagogy and in the past she was a teacher. Now she is our common point of support and manages all back office.

Lucie draws her energy from music, sports and nature. Her passion is movement in any form. She loves to dance and enjoys fast road cycling.

In her professional career as a psychologist, she is dedicated to the experience of crises and to working with  it. She is also interested in stress and in the way people function in stressful situations. She draws on her experience from her career in crisis intervention in an NGO and from her further position of a forensic psychologist. In corporate education, she focuses on working with emotions, personality development, and on finding the potential in employees. Also, she deals with mental health, crisis communication, and with solving emergencies. She applies her knowledge from psychoanalytic group psychotherapy not only in her own psychological counseling, burt also in lecturing. 

She currently spends most of her time with her son, regularly does Pilates using machines, and enjoys holidays with her husband on yachts or in the mountains.

Psychologist, coach and experienced crisis interventionist with vast experience working on the crisis line, and in acute situations people might find themselves in. Denisa also graduated from a 5-year psychotherapeutic training with the focus on Gestalt therapy. This stream also directly helps Denisa in her work with individuals. 

She likes to broaden her skills by creating websites and cooking new recipes. Her life would not be complete without sport, nature and her friends. 

BIO

Václav is an actor, psychologist and lecturer. His lecturing domain is improvisation and working with mistakes, presentation and lecturing skills. He studied psychology at the Faculty of Social Sciences MU and acting at DAMU, and currently teaches at both universities. He performs with the Prague improvisational theatre We Boys Who Walk Together. He speaks English, German, Spanish, Russian and Hungarian.

At JuiceUP, he mostly leads workshops on presentation skills, change management, feedback, leading meetings and time management.

He enjoys travelling with theatre, teaching improvisation in different parts of the world, dancing bachata and singing in a choir.

BIO 

Kateřina has more than 15 years of experience working in managerial, lecturing and therapeutic roles with addicts, people experiencing long-term stress, going through difficult life situations and struggling with various inner demons.

In essence, she has always encountered a tremendous focus on the mind and disconnection from the body. Most of her time is therefore spent working with mindfulness and using the body as a source of information, release and experience. She mainly bases her work on KBT, Mindfulness and bodywork.

In JuiceUP she mostly leads stress management workshops.

She enjoys sports, games and creativity of all kinds, hanging acrobatics, dance, theatre, books, cooking, gardening, travelling...
